These Terms govern your use of objective320.com, its free tools, and the CMMC Level 2 Starter Kit (together, the "Service"), operated by Red Diamond Strategic, LLC ("we," "us," "Objective320"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The free tools
The SPRS calculator, SSP generator, control library, and guides are provided free and "as is." Scores and generated text are estimates based on the inputs you provide; they do not guarantee any assessment outcome. You are responsible for verifying everything against current official guidance before you rely on it.
2. The CMMC Level 2 Starter Kit (purchases)
- What you get. A one-time digital download of the kit contents described on the product page, delivered by a private link emailed after payment.
- License. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the templates for your own organization's internal CMMC/NIST compliance use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the templates as your own product.
- Refunds. Because it is an instant digital download, you may request a full refund at any time before you download the kit. Once the files have been downloaded, sales are final. If a file will not open or is defective, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service — including attempting to break its security, scrape it at scale, resell access, upload regulated data, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access for misuse.
4. Intellectual property
The Objective320 name, site, tools, and original content are owned by Red Diamond Strategic, LLC. Underlying government source material (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, FAR text) is not ours and is used for reference. Your license to the Starter Kit is described in Section 2.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service is error-free or that using it will result in any particular compliance status or contract award.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Diamond Strategic, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (which, for the free tools, is $0).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Diamond Strategic, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Virginia for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
